Horizon is an independent, family-run agency in small-town Iowa, and we run it the way we'd want to be treated. People here are trusted to own their work, make the call in front of them, and go home at a reasonable hour. Nobody is asked to choose between a client deadline and a ball game, a school program, or a family emergency.

The towns we serve are the same towns we live in — we coach in them, shop in them, and sit in the same bleachers. So giving back isn't a marketing line for us. It shows up as sponsoring the ball club, buying from the shop down the street, and writing checks to causes our neighbors actually asked for help with.
The part we're proudest of is the time. Our team gets paid hours to volunteer where they care most — church projects, food drives, school fundraisers, disaster cleanup — because a community only stays strong when people show up in person.
Life at Horizon
